testing but it would seem that if the water is retained longer in the radiator it would reduce the temp more. Also with it making two passes the top would be intitially cooled a bit then take another step down in temp through the second pass. a single pass would seem to be more vulnerable to heat soak also. All in all though this is just me thinking and not having tested it, What would be interesting would be to set up a koyo and ashz radiator with electric fan setups side by side and run 180 fluid through them recording the outlet temp.
